Su-25 Laser Guided and Anti-Radar Tactical Missiles

Su-25 レーザー誘導 及び 対レーダー戦術ミサイル

 

 

Welcome to the air to ground tactical missile training mission in the Su-25 Frogfoot.  In this mission you will learn how to use laser target designator to lock and fire the KH-29L laser guided air to ground tactical missile and to use the passive KH-25MP anti-radar missile.

 

Su-25フロッグフットの空対地戦術ミサイル訓練ミッションにようこそ。このミッションでは、レーザー目標指示器を使ってKH-29Lレーザー誘導空対地戦術ミサイルをロックし発射する方法と、パッシブ（受動）なKH-25MP対レーダーミサイルの使い方を学びます。

 

 

To take control at anytime press the 'CTRL-Q' keys or to exit this mission press the 'ESC' key.

 

「Ctrl Q」キーを押せば、いつでも操縦を引き継げます。ミッションを終了するには「ESC」キーを押します。

 

 

We are in the Varnavinskoye Weapons Range and will be attacking a defended Early Warning Radar site for this mission.

 

Varnavinskoye射爆場にて、このミッション用に配備した防護された早期警戒レーダーサイトを攻撃します。

 

 

On our first attack run we will be using the Zvezda KH-25MP passive homing anti-radiation air to ground missile.  This tactical missile is used for destroying radar illuminating AAA and short range SAM threats on the battlefield.

 

最初の攻撃航程ではZvezda社製KH-25MPパッシブ対放射体空対地ミサイルを使用します。この戦術ミサイルは、戦場でレーダーを照射するAAAや短距離SAMの脅威を破壊するために使用されます。

 

 

As we approach the target area we want to have the KH-25MP ready to fire so we first enter the air-to-ground weapons mode by pressing '7' key.

 

ターゲット周辺に近付く間にKH-25MPを発射可能にするため、まず「7」キーを押して空対地兵装モードに入ります。

 

 

I'll cycle the weapon stations with the 'D' key until the KH-25MP is selected and indicating green on the weapon readiness panel with the 'YP' Missile symbol.  Since we only have one KH-25MP we know we have the correct missile selected.

 

KH-25MPが選択されるまで「D」キーで兵装ステーションを切り替えます。兵装準備パネルに緑色のライトが付きミサイルを示す「УР」シンボルが表示されます。機体には1発のKH-25MPだけを搭載しているので、正しいミサイルを選択していることが分かります。

 

 

There is the SAM radar illuminating us so I'll activate the SPS-141 jammer with the 'E' key and jettison the external fuel tanks with the 'ALT-R' keys.

 

こちらの機体にレーダーを照射しているSAMがあるので、「E」キーでSPS-141ジャマーを作動させ、「Alt R」キーで外部燃料タンクを投棄します。（訳注：ジャマーを作動可能にするにはジャマーポッドを搭載する必要があります。）

 

 

I'll press 'TAB' to lock the missile onto the radar indicated by the targeting cross slewing to the radar threat.  Using the 'SPACEBAR' key to fire, Missile away!  I'll break off to be ready for a missile evasion maneuver while the KH-25MP homes in on the SAM radar.

 

「TAB」キーを押してミサイルをレーダーにロックすると、照準がレーダー脅威の上に移動します。「スペース」キーを押して発射します。ミサイル発射！ ブレークしてKH-25MPがSAMのレーダーに向けて誘導されている間のミサイル回避機動に備えます。

 

 

Boom!!  The missile struck home on the Osa SAM and we are clear for an attack run with the KH-29L.

 

バーン!! ミサイルがOsa SAMに命中したので、KH-29Lを使った攻撃航程に対する障害が消えました。

 

 

The Molniya Design Bureau KH-29L laser guided tactical missile is a large stand off air to ground missile which will help keep you out of range of the most serious threats on the battlefield.

 

Molniya設計局製KH-29Lレーザー誘導戦術ミサイルは大型スタンドオフ空対地ミサイルで、戦場で最も深刻な脅威の射程外に留まったままでの攻撃を可能にします。

 

 

I'll cycle the weapon stations with the 'D' key and looking at the weapon readiness panel and you can see the indication that the stations with KH-29L missiles are illuminated green with the 'YP' missile symbol confirming we have them ready to fire.

 

「D」キーで兵装ステーションを切り替えます。兵装準備パネルを見てKH-29Lミサイルのステーションが緑色に点灯し、ミサイルを示す「УР」シンボルが表示され、発射準備ができた事を確認します。

 

 

I'll activate the laser designator by pressing the 'O' key.  The laser targeting pipper on the sighting glass can be slewed using the 'PERIOD.', 'SEMI-COLON;','COMMA,', and 'FORWARD SLASH/' keys.

 

「o」キーを押してレーザー目標指示器を作動させます。照準ガラス上のレーザー照準ピパーは「ピリオド.」、「セミコロン;」、「コンマ,」、「スラッシュ/」キーで移動できます。

 

 

There is no magnification zoom with this system so you have to be within visual range of the target in order to lase it for the KH-29L to home in on.  The best attack profile for this missile is a high run in so there will be less chance of lasing the ground before or beyond the target.

 

この装置には拡大ズーム機能が無いので、ターゲットをレーザー照射しKH-29Lを誘導するにはターゲットへの視程距離内である必要があります。このミサイルの最適な攻撃パターンは高い高度からの航程で、レーザーがターゲットの前後の地面にずれる可能性を減らします。

 

 

There is the EWR site ahead which is guarded by a AAA unit so we'll try to take out the AAA threat first.  I'll slew the targeting cross close to the target, then maneuver for final placement and lock the laser on the target by pressing the 'TAB' key.

 

前方にAAAによって防護されたEWRサイトがあります。ですから最初にAAAの脅威を取り除きます。照準をターゲットの近くに移動させ、機体を操作し位置を合わせ、「TAB」キーを押してレーザーをターゲットにロックします。

 

 

The pipper is on the Shilka and we are within range, using the 'SPACEBAR' key to fire, Missile away!

 

ピパーがShilkaに重なった状態で射程内に入りました。「スペース」キーを押して発射します。ミサイル発射！

 

 

Boom!!  Good hit!

 

バーン!! 命中！

 

 

I'll complete the escape maneuver away from the site.

 

EWRサイトからの脱出機動を終えます。

 

 

We must constantly lase the target for the entire flight of the KH-29L and if the target moves we have to move the targeting cross with it until missile impact.  The missile will make it's own course corrections as it fly's homing in on the laser's reflection.

 

KH-29Lが飛行している間ずっと絶え間なくターゲットをレーザー照射しなければなりません。もしもターゲットが移動したらミサイルが命中するまでに照準もターゲットの位置に移動させる必要があります。レーザー反射に向かって誘導飛行している間は、ミサイル自身がコース修正を行います。

 

 

The Su-25 can also employ the KH-25ML laser guided tactical missile in the same manner as the KH-29L.  The KH-25ML is a slower speed and shorter range missile with a smaller warhead.

 

Su-25では、KH-29Lと同様の方法でKH-25MLレーザー誘導戦術ミサイルも運用できます。KH-25MLは速度が遅く射程も短いミサイルで弾頭も小さくなっています。

 

 

There is one more KH-29L and 2 S-25 rockets onboard and it's your job to destroy the EWR site.  Press the 'CTRL-Q' keys to take control or the 'ESC' key to exit.  You have control.

 

KH-29Lが1発とS-25ロケットが2発残っていますから、EWRサイトを破壊するのはあなたに任せます。「Ctrl Q」キーを押して操縦を引き継ぐか、「ESC」キーで終了してください。操縦を任せます。
